  • Deployment always uses the regatta/regatta user and group on managed nodes; there’s no support for a custom user/group for RDT-managed files.
  • configure, start-cluster, and stop-cluster connect to the System Manager using Regatta’s default database credentials for cluster management commands; these aren’t currently configurable.
  • Known issue: Python 3.12 doesn’t currently allow using RDT; downgrade to a lower version (3.9 recommended).
